What Duolingo score do you need for Estonian Business School?

Both pages say the language certificate must be valid until the beginning of the academic year, and that EBS does not accept other internationally recognised tests beyond its list. They do not give Duolingo subscores or a sending method; documents are uploaded with the application.

For comparison, the same pages set IELTS Academic at 6.0 with at least 5.5 in each component.

The test can be replaced by completing a previous level of education in the USA, UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada or New Zealand, or by studies taught fully in English in an EU or EEA member state, with the transcript showing this. Students from other countries must present a test even if their previous studies were in English. After the admission interview, successful applicants receive conditional acceptance until all conditions are met.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your EBS programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
