What Duolingo score do you need for Florida Gulf Coast University?

The undergraduate page asks for official English test scores if English is not your native language, current within two years and sent to FGCU. It adds that meeting the minimums does not guarantee admission.

Graduate applicants can also show proficiency through English Composition I and II at C or higher, 60 credits at an English-medium institution, a US-accredited bachelor's degree, or an assessment by certified ESL faculty.

For comparison, both the undergraduate and graduate pages set IELTS at 6.5.

Neither page offers conditional admission tied to a Duolingo score. At graduate level, an English proficiency assessment by certified ESL faculty covering listening, reading, writing and speaking is one of the listed alternatives to a test.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your FGCU programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
