What PTE score do you need for Fontys University of Applied Sciences?

The English language requirements page says the test must be taken at an authorised test centre (not online), must not be older than two years when your study starts, and must show the minimum level for your programme. That rules out PTE Academic Online; PTE Core is not mentioned. The page gives no Pearson code; you send an official certificate with your application.

IELTS Academic on the same scores page is 6.0 overall and 6.0 in each part, with one part allowed at 5.5. The PTE rule has the same shape: one weaker skill is tolerated, but only one.

You may not need a test if your secondary diploma is from a country on the NUFFIC diploma list with English on your transcript, if you completed the IB Diploma, IBCP or European Baccalaureate in English, or if all your education was in English in a listed country. Master's, exchange and Fontys Academy of the Arts applicants may face different rules, so check with your admissions officer. If your test centre is closed, Fontys asks you to contact your admissions officer.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Fontys programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
