How do you recover a forgotten IELTS login?

On IDP India's candidate login, click Forgot Username and enter your passport number and date of birth to see your username, then click Forgot Password and enter the username to get a reset link by email. If the link does not arrive, check spam and contact IDP. To view results you can also use your passport or ID number and candidate number, according to ielts.org.

Seeing results without the portal

ielts.org says you need your passport or ID number (the one you registered with) and your candidate number to see results online; British Council candidates get an email link instead of a portal login (ielts.org). IDP India's login details are in your registration confirmation email (IDP India FAQ).

For help, IDP India lists 1800-102-4544 and ielts.india@idp.com (IDP India). Detailed rules are set locally and can differ by country and test centre, so check your booking confirmation or ask your centre if anything here does not match what you were told.
