GCM English requirement
From GCM's MBA, MSc in Management and BA in Management pages.

Interview, MOI letters and waivers
GCM's master's pages say the college may hold a video interview to understand your English level and may require a medium of instruction (MOI) certificate from your previous institution. The requirement can be waived for native English speakers who completed secondary education where English is an official language or the language of instruction.
GCM's pages do not give band minimums or PTE, TOEFL or Duolingo scores. Ask admissions which tests it accepts as equivalent before you book.

How to check
Master's entry also needs a good degree or a graduate-level professional qualification, and two or more years of relevant work experience is strongly encouraged.
Requirements vary by programme and change between intakes. The score that binds you is the one on your GCM programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
Minimum vs competitive score
Where Global College Malta publishes an IELTS score, it is the minimum: the floor an application has to meet to be considered, not a score that guarantees an offer.
Competitive programmes, and courses with far more applicants than places, may expect more than the minimum, and some departments set their own overall or per-skill scores, often for writing or speaking. The course page has the final word, so check it before you book a test.
