What PTE score do you need for Grand Valley State University?

GVSU says test scores must be sent directly from the testing agency and that it cannot accept unofficial scores. For PTE, it says results can be submitted from the PTE portal by searching for Grand Valley State University. The page does not mention PTE Academic Online, PTE Core or a validity period.

On the same page, IELTS is 6.5 and TOEFL 4.5 (86 on the prior scale) at both levels, so PTE 53 is GVSU's PTE route to the same level as IELTS 6.5.

Undergraduates can also qualify through SAT Evidence-Based Reading and Writing 470, ACT English 15, AP English Language 3, IB 5, Cambridge 180 or two years at an accredited US high school. Graduate applicants from the listed countries are waived. The page does not describe conditional admission.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Grand Valley State programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
