What TOEFL score do you need for Grenoble Ecole de Management?

Both pages give TOEFL institution code 8973. The MiM page says an English test waiver may be granted if your bachelor's degree was taught fully in English, with official proof. No section minimums, validity period, Home Edition rule or MyBest rule is given.

On the same pages, IELTS Academic or IELTS Indicator needs 6.0 and the Duolingo English Test needs 100.
