Test rules at HUFS
The guide says TOEFL iBT MyBest Scores and the Home Edition are accepted, while TOEFL ITP results are not. English-track applicants who are native speakers, come from a country with English as an official language, or studied at least three years of high school or university in an English-speaking country do not need a score, unless they have lived in a non-English-speaking country for two years or more since.
On the same guide, HUFS lists IELTS 5.5 or above for the English track.

If your TOEFL score falls short
International undergraduate applicants can apply without proof of language proficiency, but must then take part in an interview. All International Studies majors need TOPIK level 3 or higher to graduate.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your HUFS programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
