Test rules at Humber
Humber says test scores are valid for 24 months from the test date to the program start date, and that scores may vary by program. The page also lists paper-based TOEFL equivalents (550, 560, 600 and 580). It does not mention the Home Edition, MyBest scores or an institution code.
On the same page, IELTS Academic is 6.0 (no band below 5.5) for diplomas and 6.5 (no band below 6.0) for degrees, graduate certificates and master's degrees.

If your TOEFL score falls short
Humber's English for Academic Purposes pathway is an alternative: completing the EAP certificate with a 60% GPA in Semester 2 meets the diploma level and 75% meets the degree level. Master's and graduate certificates need 80% in Level 8.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Humber programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
