IELTS test centres in Setif
On 30 October 2026 the British Council's booking system offered standard IELTS in only two Algerian cities, Setif and Constantine. Setif's listed dates were 5 March, 9 April and 10 April 2027, earlier than Constantine's first date of 26 March.
IELTS for UKVI and Life Skills run only in Algiers.
Dates and fees come from the British Council's test-date listings for Algeria and its booking system, read on 29 and 30 October 2026; venue names come from the official ielts.org centre finder. IDP does not run IELTS in Algeria, so every IELTS venue is a British Council one, and every test is on computer.

PTE test centres in Setif
Pearson's test centre list showed no PTE centre in Setif on 29 and 30 October 2026. The only PTE centre in Algeria is Formini in Algiers, at USD 250 for PTE Academic, PTE Academic UKVI or PTE Core.

IELTS: book in the British Council's booking system, choose Algeria, then Setif, and pick a date; the venue details come in your confirmation. Register with the identity document you will bring on the day. The booking system says results for IELTS on computer arrive in 1 to 5 days, and the ielts.org finder marks this venue for One Skill Retake.
PTE: create a myPTE account with details that exactly match your ID, choose the test, then Algiers and a slot (Pearson's booking guide). Pearson's ID policy asks for a valid passport; check its list of exceptions before relying on any other document. PTE scores typically arrive within 48 hours (PTE scoring).
