How KPU handles TOEFL scores
Every TOEFL entry in the calendar requires the test to have been taken within the last two years from the term of admission. Vocational programmes set their own English requirement in each programme's calendar entry, and apprenticeship programmes are not subject to the undergraduate English proficiency requirement. No ETS code or MyBest rule is given.
For comparison, the calendar asks IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with a minimum 6.0 in each band.

If your TOEFL score is below KPU's level
The Pathway to Undergraduate Studies lets you take qualifying English courses that ladder directly into undergraduate study, and select undergraduate courses are open at Pathway Levels 2 and 3. KEPP is for applicants who meet everything for a KPU post-baccalaureate programme except English, with business-focused English classes leading into the Accounting, Human Resources Management, Operations and Supply Chain Management, or Technical Management and Services programmes.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your KPU programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
