What Duolingo score do you need for Lehigh University?

Undergraduates: Lehigh prefers TOEFL and IELTS and considers the Duolingo English Test or TOEFL iBT Home Edition if those exams are not available to you. Scores must come directly from the testing agency, and SAT or ACT results cannot meet the English requirement.

Graduate applicants: for unconditional admission you must meet every section minimum and the overall minimum for your college. Unofficial score reports (an uploaded copy, not self-reported scores) are used for the first review, but official scores must come from the testing agency once an offer is made. Duolingo scores are valid for two years from the test date and must still be valid when your I-20 is issued.

Teaching assistants: doctoral and research master's students appointed as TAs may need an extra English assessment through Lehigh's International Center for Academic & Professional English before teaching, even if they are exempt from a test for admission.
