On the undergraduate page IELTS needs 6.5 and TOEFL iBT 80, so PTE 60 is Manhattan's equivalent to IELTS 6.5.

If you fall short
The undergraduate page accepts other evidence, such as SAT EBRW 550, CEFR C1, IB Higher Level English at grade 5 or a year of full-time study at a US college. Applicants whose previous college programme was taught in English may qualify for a waiver; IELP programmes do not count towards the one-year exemption.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Manhattan programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
