Test rules and how to send your score
The page says to request PTE to send a copy to MCPHS. It does not mention PTE Academic Online, PTE Core, a validity period or a Pearson institution code.
On the same page, IELTS is 6.5 for undergraduate admission and 5.5 for Bridge, so PTE 58 sits alongside IELTS 6.5 and PTE 50 alongside IELTS 5.5.

If you fall short
Conditional admission is open to students who have not yet taken a test or need more English. You gain full admission with a qualifying score or by reaching set levels at partner English schools in Boston and elsewhere in the US. If you miss the minimum, the page says to email admissions about an ESL certificate accepted in place of a score.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your MCPHS programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
