How Mercyhurst handles Duolingo scores
The section minimum is the rule to watch: both levels ask for 100 in each section as well as 100 overall.
The page states no Duolingo validity period, sending instructions or separate rule for graduate assistantships.
For comparison, the same page sets IELTS at 5.8 overall and 5.8 in each section at both levels.

The page describes no conditional admission or English pathway. PTE 53, TOEFL 69 or TOEFL Essentials 8.0 are the other tests listed.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Mercyhurst programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
