Metro State TOEFL minimums by level
From the undergraduate requirements page and the graduate requirements page. Dates are given as each page states them.

How Metro State handles TOEFL scores
Neither page gives section minimums or an institution code. Graduate applicants can be exempt after graduating from an English-medium high school or university with a 3.0 GPA, backed by a letter from the school confirming English instruction. Undergraduates can also use SAT Critical Reading 570 or ACT English 24.
For comparison, the undergraduate page sets IELTS Academic at 5.5 and the graduate page at 6.5.

If your TOEFL score is below Metro State's level
Both pages accept completion of Level 112 at an ELS English Language School in the US, and the Michigan English Test at 56 or better with a cover letter from colleges or universities that have an ESL programme.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Metro State programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
