What TOEFL score do you need for Minnesota State University Moorhead?

Both pages give TOEFL institution code 6678. The undergraduate page accepts only scores sent directly by the testing organisation (ETS for TOEFL) and does not accept letters from secondary schools outside the US as proof of English.
