English evaluations Molloy accepts
From Molloy's I-20 process page. International students follow the regular first-year, transfer and graduate admissions procedures, and the page gives one list of English scores with no split by level.

Transcripts alongside your English score
Transcripts must be evaluated by TEC (formerly SpanTran) or World Education Services. Evaluations from other agencies must come from National Association of Credential Evaluation Services members. TEC has a custom application for Molloy at a discounted rate.
The page lists no English waiver, so a student whose native language is not English should plan on one of the listed tests unless admissions confirm otherwise in writing.

From acceptance to the I-20
Once accepted, you confirm by paying a $400 tuition deposit and then apply for your Form I-20, with documents showing available funds. Molloy recommends starting this about three months before your programme starts. The page describes no conditional offer or pre-sessional English route.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on the Molloy admissions page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
Minimum vs competitive score
Where Molloy University publishes an IELTS score, it is the minimum: the floor an application has to meet to be considered, not a score that guarantees an offer.
Competitive programmes, and courses with far more applicants than places, may expect more than the minimum, and some departments set their own overall or per-skill scores, often for writing or speaking. The course page has the final word, so check it before you book a test.
