How MTU handles Duolingo scores
Your English test must be taken no more than two years before the start of your programme. MTU notes that requirements may change every academic year.
For comparison, the same page asks for IELTS Academic 6.0 with no section below 5.5 at Level 1 and 6.5 with no section below 6.0 at Level 2.

If your Duolingo score is below the level
The page gives no pathway with a Duolingo entry score. It does say that applicants who need no English test for MTU may still need one for visa purposes, and points you to the visa requirements for your country.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your MTU programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
