How NCAD handles Duolingo scores
For all proficiency tests, results must normally have been issued within two years before the start of your course. Other evidence, such as a degree taken through English in an English-speaking country, may also be taken into account. The page gives no Duolingo sending steps; postgraduate queries go to postgraduate@ncad.ie.
For comparison, the same page asks for IELTS Academic 6.5 with at least 6.0 in each band, and does not accept One Skill Retake scores.

If your Duolingo score is below 120
Undergraduate applicants can also meet the requirement through their school-leaving or matriculation exam, or a Leaving Certificate H7/O6 in English.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your NCAD programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
