What Duolingo score do you need for IADT?

All applicants whose first language is not English must provide evidence of proficiency, and the policy lists Duolingo among the other accepted tests where equivalent scores apply. It gives no Duolingo-specific validity period or sending steps.

For comparison, the same policy asks for IELTS 6.0 with no band below 5.5 for undergraduate study and 6.5 with no band below 6.0 for postgraduate.

The policy says IADT has not offered pre-sessional English support to date. You may meet the requirement another way if you completed a full qualification of at least one academic year through English at NFQ level 5 or higher, or, for Year 1 entry, through English grades in recognised secondary qualifications from the last two years.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your IADT programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
