Test rules and the IELTS comparison
The table names "Pearson PTE Academic". The page gives institutional codes for TOEFL (8457) and IELTS (6935) but none for PTE, and does not mention PTE Academic Online or PTE Core. It says all language test results will be verified and cannot be older than two years.
On the same table, IELTS Academic (or IELTS Academic Online) is 6.0 for bachelor's and 7.0 for master's and PhD, and One Skill Retake is not accepted. TOEFL iBT is 80 or 4.5 for bachelor's and 92 or 5.0 above that.

If you fall short
Approved education can replace a test, for example at least one year of university study in Great Britain, Ireland, the USA, Canada, New Zealand or Australia, or a bachelor's or a year of master's study taught in English in a Nordic country or the Netherlands. NMBU says working in or living in an English-speaking country does not count.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your NMBU programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
