Fees and dates
International Business Consulting lists a total of €11,360 for three semesters, of which €10,400 is tuition, with applications by 30 June for residents outside the EU and 15 July within the EU. It lists no German requirement.
Renewable Energy and Data Engineering and Sustainable Business Development list a 31 March deadline for non-EU residents and 15 July for EU residents, with a winter-semester start. Their pages list €1,500 per semester tuition for non-EU citizens, with exemptions for EU citizens and some other groups.

No page we read names PTE Academic or Duolingo. Only Communication and Media Engineering has no test score, and it is mostly German and French taught, so it is not an English-only route.
