The undergraduate page says other exams may be considered case by case. SAT or ACT scores are recommended but not required for undergraduate admission. ODU's TOEFL and College Board code is 1131.

Graduate admission notes
The graduate page says applicants with a GPA below 3.0 may be considered for conditional admission, and asks for a programme essay. It does not give a score validity period or band minimums.
