ONU English requirements by college
From Ohio Northern's international admissions page. The table on that page applies to degree-seeking and exchange students. Its FAQ gives TOEFL as 64 (Arts and Sciences) and 79 (Business, Engineering and Pharmacy), which look like figures on the older 0 to 120 scale; the table gives 4.0 on the newer scale.

Other evidence and exemptions
Completion of AP English, IB English or A-Level English coursework is accepted as evidence of proficiency. Students who attended American overseas high schools, or IB schools where all teaching was in English, may be exempt, though ONU strongly suggests taking the SAT or ACT and sending the scores.
For exchange students, the same page lists IELTS 6.0 with no sub score below 5.5, or TOEFL iBT 3.5.
