How Ontario Tech handles TOEFL scores
Both pages give the university's TOEFL code as 7178. The graduate page states that MyBest scores or super-scoring are not acceptable. It also lists paper-based TOEFL minimums of 560 for most programmes and 580 for the Master of Arts in Education, EdD and MHSc.
For comparison, the undergraduate page asks IELTS Academic 6.5 with no sub-score below 6.0 (7.0 overall for Education and Nursing), and the graduate page asks IELTS 6.5 for most programmes and 7.0 for the MBAI, MFDA, MA Education, EdD and MHSc.

If your TOEFL score is below Ontario Tech's level
The undergraduate page offers an English for Academic Purposes route: you can enrol in an EAP programme with one of Ontario Tech's partner institutions, including an online EAP course through Oxford International Digital Institute (OIDI). The graduate page lists no conditional TOEFL level.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Ontario Tech programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
