What PTE score do you need for Orange Coast College?

A valid result must be no older than two years from the date you apply. The page does not mention PTE Academic Online, PTE Core or a Pearson institution code; it prints only OCC's TOEFL code.

IELTS is 5.5 on the same page, so PTE 45 is the PTE route to that level.

You can meet the requirement by reaching Advanced B at IEC at OCC, Level 109 at ELS Language Centers, Level 4 at the American Language Institute at Cal State Long Beach, Level 5 at UCI Extension and set levels at other partner schools. Citizens of several English-speaking countries are exempt, and transfers can use English Composition with a C or higher.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your OCC programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
