What TOEFL score do you need for Oregon Tech?

TOEFL scores must be sent officially by ETS to the Office of Admissions, using Oregon Tech's institution code 4587. The page gives no section minimums or validity period.

Oregon Tech does not offer an English proficiency programme, so applicants must complete ESL at another institution first. Completion of a Level 112 course at an ESL Language Center, a B or better in WR 121 at a regionally accredited US college, or Duolingo 95 are also accepted. ACT or SAT scores are optional but can be used as justification to waive TOEFL or IELTS.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Oregon Tech programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
