The university's own English test and exemptions
Applicants without a listed certificate can take the faculty's English test on the day of the entrance examination (Medicine) or the Palacký University English test (Physiotherapy). Applicants whose previous studies were in English do not need the Physiotherapy test, and the Medicine page exempts applicants whose secondary or tertiary education was in English.
The Medicine programme lasts six years, costs EUR 12,500 per year and has an entrance test in Biology, Chemistry and Physics or Mathematics, according to the General Medicine page. For September 2027 entry, applications are open from 1 November 2026 until 31 July 2027, and must be complete two weeks before your chosen exam.

Physiotherapy details and checking your programme
The Faculty of Health Sciences page lists tuition of EUR 8,000 per academic year, a EUR 60 non-refundable application fee, and an online application window of 1 November 2026 to 31 July 2027 for study starting on 1 September 2027. Entrance exams run online.
