CRS points per skill for PTE Core as your first official language
Points are from IRCC's CRS criteria; PTE Core ranges from IRCC's language test page. Each of reading, writing, listening and speaking is scored separately.

Totals for four skills at the same level
Single applicants: CLB 7 gives 68, CLB 8 gives 92, CLB 9 gives 124 and CLB 10 gives 136, the section maximum. With a spouse or common-law partner: 64, 88, 116 and 128.
Skills do not have to be at the same level. A profile with CLB 9 in three skills and CLB 8 in writing, for example, earns 31 + 31 + 31 + 23 = 116 as a single applicant.

31 points per skill for a single applicant (124 for all four), or 29 per skill with a spouse (116).
What is the maximum CRS for language?+
For your first official language, 136 points single or 128 with a spouse, at CLB 10 or more in every skill.
Does the PTE Core overall score affect CRS?+
No. CRS uses the CLB level of each skill separately.
Is CLB 4 worth any CRS points?+
Yes, 6 points per skill, the same as CLB 5.
Does CLB 10 give more than CLB 9?+
Yes: 34 instead of 31 per skill single, or 32 instead of 29 with a spouse.
