Test rules and how to send your score
Regent lists TOEFL iBT, PTE Academic, Duolingo and IELTS as the accepted tests, and says English proficiency scores are valid for two years after the test date. The page does not mention PTE Academic Online, PTE Core or a Pearson institution code.
IELTS is 7.0 on the same page, so PTE 61 is the PTE route to that level.

If you fall short
The test may be waived for holders of degrees or diplomas from institutions in English-speaking countries, for students with at least two years of English-medium postsecondary study, and for some US or Canadian transfer students. You request a waiver with the Request for Waiver Form plus supporting documents. The page does not describe conditional admission or an ESL pathway.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Regent programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
