What Duolingo score do you need for Southern Connecticut State University?

Applicants from countries where English is not the primary language must provide a score from one of the listed exams. For both levels the page says scores must be received within two years of the test date to be considered valid.

The page gives no Duolingo subscore rule.

For comparison, the same page sets IELTS at 6 for undergraduates and 6.5 for graduate applicants.

The page does not describe conditional admission. An ELS Academic English Level 112 certificate is accepted at both levels, undergraduates can also use SAT or ACT scores, and graduate applicants can use a degree earned in the US.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your SCSU programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
