From SUU's undergraduate international admission requirements and graduate international admission requirements. Both give overall scores only.

Other ways to show English
Undergraduates can also use ACT 18, SAT Critical Reading 450 or TOEFL Essentials 7.5 (8.0 for graduate applicants). An undergraduate degree from an accredited college in the US or an English-speaking country counts, as do 24 or more credits at a US college with a 2.0 GPA, or graduating from an English language programme with at least 80% or a B average.

Dual Enrollment
Students who qualify for the top level of the Intensive English Program can take Intensive English level 6 and classes in their major at the same time. It is a one-semester option, offered in fall and spring only.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admission cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your SUU programme page and in your admission letter, so check it there before you book a test.
Minimum vs competitive score
Where Southern Utah University publishes an IELTS score, it is the minimum: the floor an application has to meet to be considered, not a score that guarantees an offer.
Competitive programmes, and courses with far more applicants than places, may expect more than the minimum, and some departments set their own overall or per-skill scores, often for writing or speaking. The course page has the final word, so check it before you book a test.
