What TOEFL score do you need for TU Delft?

TU Delft only accepts TOEFL iBT. For the MSc, the test date must be no older than two years on the day you submit your application, and TU Delft verifies scores with ETS using your appointment number. It accepts the TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition only if test centres are temporarily closed or it is unsafe or impossible to travel. For the BSc, certificates older than two years when you upload them are not accepted, and you can have ETS send scores using TU Delft's university code 0031 (school type graduate schools, department any other department not listed).

For comparison, the MSc page asks for IELTS Academic 7.0 with 6.5 in each section, and the BSc page asks for IELTS 6.5 overall for English-taught programmes.

The MSc page states that only the listed certificates and scores are accepted and that TU Delft does not deviate from them, so a lower score means retaking the test before the deadline. It advises registering well in advance because results can take time and TU Delft cannot take unforeseen delays into account.
