TU Graz TOEFL minimums by level

TU Graz TOEFL test rules
The master's line gives only the 0 to 120 scale. New TOEFL iBT score reports also carry a 1 to 6 score alongside the 0 to 120 total; see the new TOEFL score scale explained. A copy of your proof must be included with the application. The page does not set TOEFL section minimums.

If your TOEFL score is below TU Graz's level
For the listed bachelor's programmes, the page says that if you cannot provide proof of English at level C1 when you apply, TU Graz will require the Supplementary Examination in English at the University Preparation Programme Graz in your letter of admission, to be taken before the programme starts. No such route is described for master's applicants.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your TU Graz programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
