What TOEFL score do you need for TU Wien?

TU Wien accepts the TOEFL iBT and the iBT Home Edition, valid for two years from the date of issue. Printouts of electronically issued certificates count as certified copies if they offer a way to verify them, and they need no legalisation. TU Wien carries out final verification only when it processes your application, so it cannot confirm in advance whether a certificate will be accepted. Nationality alone is not accepted as proof.

TU Wien is direct about this: if you have no B2 certificate from its list, you cannot apply, and a B2 level shown some other way is not enough. Degrees taught in English count only from the EU/EEA, Switzerland, the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.
