UiT TOEFL minimums
From UiT's admission page for international applicants. UiT says these are minimums and some programmes ask more.

Test rules at UiT
UiT does not accept TOEFL MyBest scores. Tests must be verifiable; results are removed from the test provider's database after some time, and if UiT cannot verify a test because it is too old you must take a new one. Tests UiT approved in earlier admissions do not need to be verified again.
On the same page, IELTS Academic needs 6.5 overall, and IELTS Online is not accepted.

If your TOEFL score falls short
UiT says it offers no preparatory courses in English. It does not currently offer bachelor's programmes taught in English, but has two one-year programmes for international applicants.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your UiT programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
