What PTE score do you need for the University of Iceland?

The page lists PTE Academic in a test centre or online as accepted. Scores count only if the university can verify them online, and you attach the score sheet (or a confirmation of test registration) to the online application, sending it no later than 1 February if you cannot upload it. The page gives no age limit for PTE and does not mention PTE Core.

On the same page, IELTS Academic (test centre only) is 6.5 for most programmes, 7.0 for the English BA and 7.5 for the MA in English group.

Medium of instruction is not accepted as proof, except for previous study taught in English in the UK, US, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia or Canada. Environmental and Natural Resources (MA) under Interdisciplinary Graduate Studies has its own figure, so check the course catalogue.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your University of Iceland programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
