Test rules and how to send your score
From your PTE account, choose Finland as the country and University of Lapland as the institution and confirm; the university should have access within 48 hours. Upload your PTE certificate to the application form and give your Score Report Code when asked. PTE Core is not mentioned. The TOEFL code 8264 on the same page is for TOEFL only.
Results are valid for two years from the test date and must be valid throughout the application period. On the same page, IELTS Academic (or IELTS Online Academic) needs 6.5 with 6.0 in each section.

If you fall short
The page does not describe a conditional route. Writing is the binding sub-score, so prepare for it specifically.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Lapland programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
Pearson has discontinued PTE Academic Online for new bookings, so plan on a test-centre PTE Academic sitting even where this page still lists the online version. See can you take PTE at home.
