What TOEFL score do you need for the University of Münster?

The Information Systems page gives TOEFL institution code 4740, asks for the digital certificate through the application portal and says certificates must not be older than two years. The pages do not mention the Home Edition or MyBest scores. Economics awards no admission points for English, but good English is an essential requirement.

For comparison, the Economics page asks for IELTS 7 and the Mathematics page for IELTS 6.0 overall.

Economics also accepts a German Abitur showing C1 English or at least seven years of English, telc C1, or any certificate showing C1. Information Systems accepts other C1 certificates covering all four skills, but says an English-taught degree from a non-English-speaking country is not enough on its own.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Münster programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
