UQ PTE minimums
From UQ's Table 3: English Language Proficiency Tests and Scores Approved for UQ Admission, linked from the English language requirements page. Each program page says which level applies.

PTE rules and sending scores to UQ
UQ accepts PTE Academic and Pearson Academic UKVI. PTE Academic Online is not recognised by UQ. To send results, log in to your PTE Academic account, click 'Send Scores', enter 'UQ' and click 'Send'.
The requirements page sets the general level at IELTS 6.5 overall with 6.0 in each sub-band, and Table 3 puts PTE 64 with 60 in each skill beside it. UQ also reminds applicants that its English requirements are separate from any English requirement for an Australian visa.

If your PTE falls short
UQ asks you to provide current evidence such as a recognised test, then places you in one of its English language pathways run through UQ College, depending on your level.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your UQ programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
