What TOEFL score do you need for the University of Twente?

Twente does not accept TOEFL MyBest scores. Certificates must be no more than two years old. By exception, the TOEFL iBT (Special) Home Edition is accepted only when your on-site test centre is closed because of unsafe situations in your country, and only for the intakes the page names. For master's, the application is only processed once the English requirement is met, and there is no conditional admission on English. The pages give no institution code.

For comparison, the master's page asks for IELTS Academic 6.5 with 6.0 in each section and the bachelor's page for 6.0 with 5.5 in each.

For bachelor's, the page says you may be able to complete the test later, before the deficiency deadline. For master's there is no conditional admission, so you need the certificate before the application deadline. Twente adds that native speakers and those educated in English still have to meet the specific requirement.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Twente programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
