UNLV Duolingo minimums by level
From UNLV's undergraduate and graduate English proficiency pages. Both list one minimum for all colleges.

Validity, sending and the IELTS level
Test scores must be less than two years old at the time of application. Both pages accept official or unofficial score reports for the first evaluation; send official scores through the testing agency or email unofficial reports. The graduate page says that if you are admitted on unofficial scores, admission is conditional on official scores arriving early in your first semester.
The graduate page does not set a separate DET level for teaching assistantships.
On the same pages, IELTS is 6.0 with no band below 5.5 for undergraduates and 6.5 with no band below 6.0 for graduate study.

If your Duolingo score is short
The ELC Fast Track is for undergraduates who meet every requirement except English. You join the non-credit Intensive English Program full time, and completing Level 4 with a C or better in every course counts as meeting the English requirement, with no new test score or application fee. The graduate page lists no Fast Track range.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your UNLV programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
