UT Austin TOEFL minimums

UT Austin's TOEFL rules
Undergraduate admissions does not accept the institutional TOEFL (ITP) or TOEFL Essentials, and the Graduate School does not accept the ITP. ETS sends scores to code 6882. Graduate scores must come from the testing agency, as self-reported scores are not accepted.
You are exempt if you are from a qualifying country or, for undergraduates, finished at least three years at a high school in the US or a qualifying country; graduate applicants are also exempt with a bachelor's degree from the US or a qualifying country.

If your TOEFL score is below UT Austin's level
