How Utah Valley handles Duolingo scores
Scores more than two years old are not acceptable. English proficiency is not required for native English speakers.
The page lists UVU's TOEFL institution code (4870) but gives no Duolingo-specific sending instructions.

If your Duolingo score is below 100
Transfer students can instead show a B or better in a college-level English composition course equal to UVU's English 1010 at an accredited US college. The page also accepts TOEFL iBT 66, or 3.5 on the new scale.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your UVU programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
