If your TOEFL score is below UTSA's level
UTSA's Academic English Program and International Pathway are the routes for students below the direct-entry level, and both accept the TOEFL ITP. Undergraduates are exempt if they graduated from a high school in the US or a listed English-speaking country with two full years of standard English courses.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your UTSA programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
