What IELTS score do you need for Vanguard College?

You do not need a test if you lived and attended high school or university for at least four consecutive years in a country where English is the acknowledged primary language, or completed one of these: the French Baccalaureate Option Internationale (British or American section), IB Group 1 English at 5 or better, English as Language 1 or 2 in the European Baccalaureate, British A Level English at C or better, or GCSE, IGCSE or GCE O Level English at B (or 5) or better.

Applicants with English-medium studies equal to a Canadian Grade 12 diploma and at least 60 per cent in all core subjects may be considered for Part B.

Applicants who do not meet the TOEFL or IELTS requirement and do not complete Part A cannot move to Part B, and Vanguard does not accept applications after the deadlines.

Requirements vary by program and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Vanguard College program page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
