The TOEFL is one of several ways to meet English proficiency for admission to an academic programme. Official results must be sent to WSU using school code 4941. The page does not state section minimums, a MyBest policy or a validity period.
For comparison, Weber State asks for IELTS 6.0 overall with at least 5.0 in each section, and accepts IELTS One Skill Retake.
