ZJU TOEFL minimums for English-taught bachelor's programmes
From ZJU's English-taught undergraduate programmes catalogue for 2026. The undergraduate admissions guide says applicants to English-taught programmes whose native language is not English must provide an English test report such as TOEFL or IELTS.

Test rules at ZJU
The catalogue states no section minimums for Communication and says nothing about the Home Edition, MyBest scores or an institution code. For MBBS and Biomedical Engineering, submitting IB, A-level or other international standardised test reports can exempt you from the English certificate.

If your TOEFL score falls short
The catalogue lists Cambridge C1 Advanced 170 (for the medical programmes) and Duolingo (100 for the medical programmes, 120 for Communication) as alternatives, but no conditional or pathway entry for a lower TOEFL score.
