What TOEFL score do you need for Shanghai Jiao Tong University?

The page asks you to request scores through ETS using code 6210. It gives no section minimums and says nothing about the Home Edition or MyBest scores. The English proficiency certificate or medium of instruction letter issued by a high school is not accepted.
